A common prejudice leads people to belief that people who use drugs can’t adhere to their anti-retroviral treatment. This is not true. A report from Pakistan – the result of an independent evaluation – holds significant proof that adherence rates among people who use drugs increase drastically after a short stay in a special HIV facility.
